Study On The Construction Of Health Literacy Evaluation System For Primary And Secondary School Physical Education Teachers

The frequent occurrence of major public health emergencies exposes the fact that the overall health literacy level of residents is low,which affects their quality of life to a great extent.The student period is the key period and pre-stage of the cultivation of residents' health literacy.In recent years,a series of documents issued by the state also constantly emphasize that health education should be incorporated into the curriculum system of primary and secondary schools,and teachers should assume important responsibilities.As we all know,physical education teachers,as the main group to promote the formation of students' healthy behavior,their own health literacy level is very important.At present,the overall health literacy level of physical education teachers in China is not high,and the health education ability needs to be improved.There is still room for improvement in helping students to master health knowledge and form healthy habits.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a health literacy evaluation index system applicable to physical education teachers,so as to provide scientific basis for improving physical education teachers' health literacy through scientific evaluation.Firstly,this study used literature method to sort out the domestic and foreign health literacy related research.Secondly,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to carry out three rounds of consultation for 15 physical education workers from universities,teaching and research departments and primary and middle schools who were engaged in health education,school physical education theory and practice,so as to construct a health literacy evaluation index system for physical education teachers.Finally,the connotation of each index is analyzed.The following conclusions were eventually obtained.1.The evaluation system of health literacy of primary or secondary school physical education teachers includes four primary indicators of health knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior,basic health skills and health education,and teaching ability;twenty secondary indicators such as health knowledge,physical health knowledge,disease prevention knowledge,mental health knowledge,and safety emergency and risk aversion knowledge;91 tertiary indicators such as Understand the meaning and components of health and understand the importance of health to personal development.2.There are differences in the weights of the indicators of the health literacy evaluation system for physical education teachers.In the primary indicators,health knowledge and concept(0.351)and health education and teaching ability(0.351)were the most important,followed by "basic health skills"(0.189),and "healthy lifestyle and behavior"(0.109);the secondary indicators with the highest weight were health awareness(0.092),physical health knowledge(0.092),good exercise behavior(0.039),sports injury treatment skills(0.101),and health education learning evaluation development(0.099).3.In the evaluation index system of physical education teachers' health literacy,health knowledge and ideas refer to the relevant knowledge reserve that physical education teachers possess to satisfy their own and students' health literacy development.Healthy life style and behavior refers to the life style of physical education teachers under the guidance of healthy values to promote the formation of healthy behavior habits.The basic skills of health refer to the ability of physical education teachers to apply health knowledge to physical practice and guide and help students scientifically.The teaching ability of health education refers to all the teaching behaviors carried out by physical education teachers in order to improve students' health accomplishment level.
