Vocational moral education school-based curriculum refers to the curriculum of secondary vocational school in state and local education departments prescribed, according to their own educational philosophy and available resources, according to the characteristics of students and the actual needs, the curriculum planning, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation activities. The concept of health education is the trend of the current education reform, it stands for all the students, a high degree of respect for students, relying on students, this concept should be run through the development of school-based curriculum.In the secondary vocational school students from the campus to the social transition period, is also a key period for students to grow up as a social person, the role of moral education can not be underestimated. Therefore, the development of adaptation on the current situation of the social needs, in line with the actual situation of the school, meet with the requirements of the development of the students personality school-based curriculum is an important part of the current curriculum reform in the, it in the work of moral education in secondary vocational schools has a pivotal role.The in view of the present moral education of secondary vocational school students learning enthusiasm is not high, the content and means of school moral education lags behind the status quo, from the actual development of secondary vocational education training objectives and students needs, on several problems of the concept of moral education school-based curriculum in secondary vocational schools to carry on the discussion, analysis the background and the current situation of the development, and put forward one’s own thinking from the aspects of the connotation of the moral education school-based curriculum development, goal, principle, method and process, in order to in theory and Practice for the secondary vocational school moral education curriculum development to provide some constructive suggestions.
