Secondary vocatinal school is an important part of the modern education in my country. Whether good talents could be cultivated at school depends on paying attention to the moral education. However, it's a little difficult for the current moral education model of vocational schools in our country to cultivate the people who are adaptable to the needs of the time. For the current moral education model in the Secondary Vocational School, there are many problems that should be solved in moral necessity, informed consent, standard and maneuverability. In order to promote the moral education in the Secondary Vocational School, the effectiveness of moral education, keeping and creating the moral education, it's so important to identify the reasons for problems and explore ideas and ways to solve the problems. The writer thinks that the moral education in Secondary Vocational School must be done drastically, under the direction of theories, based on the distinguishing feature and current situation. In this paper, a Secondary Vocational School is chosen as a case from Changchun, through the action research method, experimental method, questionaire survey method, case analysis, etc.. The current situation of the moral education and the problems of the moral education model should be analysed, then a new moral education model should be proposed. The writer thinks that"the Guide Incentive-based Moral Education Model"is a kind of new model, which is made according to the students'cognizing procedure and psychology, and could solve the current problems of the moral education, and cultivate good talents for the society. This article consists of five parts:Part I: Firstly, the background of studying this article is introduced. Secondly, the current situations in this realm of moral education are summed up. Then some important conceptions about the moral education model are explained, such as moral education, moral education model, the Guide Incentive-based Moral Education Model.Finally, deal with the significance and methods of studying this article.Part II: Through questionaire survey method and visiting, sum up the students'distinguishing features in the Secondary Vocational School, from students'psychology, family education, studying habit, behavior consciousness. After the analysis of the current moral education in the Secondary Vocational School, there are so many problems, such as not specific contents, not enough actual effection, taking less congnizance of the moral education place; taking not enough responsibility for the headteachers; not much too further for the moral education, general reverse reaction of the strained relations between the moral education and learners, the lag of the moral education.Part III: The main problems are analyzed in depth, which exists in the current patterns in the Secondary Vocational Schools. For example, the goals, contents, methods and styples of the moral education are kept out of students'living. The teachers of the Secondary Vocational School are lacking in management consciousness. The moral patterns in the general education are removed here and made the moral education ineffective.Part IV: The main causes are analyzed, why the current problems could exist in. The changes between the talents requiry and the posts, aren't paid much attention in the society development. Other main factors are traditional unitzation moral goals, the subjectivity principle inconsistent with the education, unilateral comprehension on the vocational education, to give too much emphasis on the skills, not moral education, not good maneuverability.Part V: From vocational schools "guide incentive," the theoretical basis, operating mechanism, the implementation process, innovations in the four-pronged approach, to guide the interpretation of incentive-based model of moral education and moral education through innovative methods to resolve Moral Education in the work of practical problems.
