The Application Of Virtualization Technology In The Development Of Campus Informatization

In the context of the development of campus information construction, the campus application server, the traditional deployment and management methods have encountered some problems, which restrict the development of campus information construction. The continuous development of the school IT management department can promote the construction of information technology to a certain extent, but with the expansion of the scale of the data center, the traditional management mode has gradually emerged. In the cost of a lot of manpower and material resources, management effect is not satisfactory. How to adapt to the change of business and demand, to improve the utilization of IT is a key issue to promote the construction of campus information. Therefore, the application of cloud computing virtualization technology is of great value and significance for solving the cumbersome management and information isolated island.This paper aims at the use of cloud computing virtualization technology, through VMware vSphere platform to solve complex data centers face management, resource utilization rate is low. First of all, this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the construction of traditional information, including a large increase in the teaching room, low resource utilization, high management costs, low IT adaptability. Secondly, on the mainstream of the Mocrosoft, Citrix, VMware virtualization products are compared according to the actual situation of our school, the existing network and equipment and choose the vSphere wmware platform to integrate the server and improve the business continuity and manageable way, and puts forward solutions for vmotion, HA and other advanced features. Finally, the management of the training room, put forward the desktop virtualization solution. And the mainstream of the VOI and VDI two architectures from peripheral support, software compatibility and other aspects of the analysis and comparison, combined with their own needs, and ultimately select the VOI architecture to deploy desktop virtualization, and make the relevant requirements of the test.This paper puts forward two parts, including server virtualization and desktop virtualization. For the follow-up of the construction of information technology solutions to the construction of the campus information to promote a certain reference value.
