At present, the application and research of virtual human resource management in practice is mainly focused on the enterprise, which is limited to public universities.On the basis of the existing theory of virtual human resource management, this article needs to solve the problems existing in the human resources managemen of XJ University and put forward corresponding countermeasures by combining the reality of the human resources management of private universities.The paper conducts qualitative and quantitative research on the present situation and problems of human resource management in XJ University, and builds virtual human resource management system of XJ University from the qualitative perspective.Suggestions on the virtual human resource management of private universities are put forward. The relationship between the two is measured from the two aspects of quality and quantity. Questionnaires are conducted in the research. To be specific, this investigation altogether provides 100 questionnaires. Research results of virtual human resources are studied by using statistical tools. And then, the existing problems are discovered and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This paper carries out in-depth investigations and study on XJ University and masters the current situation of human resource management in XJ University. After analyzing the existing problems in human resource management of XJ University, the author emphasizes the resaons why XJ University implements virtual human resource management. He brings forward the creative construction of virtual human resource management in XJ University from the aspects of the strategic level, technical level and organizational level. He also puts forward the constructive counter measures and advice to strengthen virtual human resource management in XJ University. This paper makes an all-round and systematic study of virtual human resource management in XJ University in order to guide XJ University to adopt the theory of virtual human resource management and carry out the practical work of human resource management. As a result,the existing problems of human resource management in XJ University can be worked out. Theoretical and practical basis can be provided for the research of human resourcemanagement in other private universities. Therefore, the study of virtual human resource management in XJ University is of great significance.
