In recent years in Yunnan province to develop "Children’s home" construction and development practice, accumulated a wealth of valuable experience. Finally it is concluded that the following thinking:Seen from the background of the children’s autonomy, children’s self service in addition to the characteristics of voluntary, purposeful, and the specific connotation remains to be further exploration and discussion; the development of children’s self service capacity influenced by many factors, such as environment, personal ability and so on, and the informal organization has important significance to self service capacity’s development and growth; children’s self service is good for the diversification development of "Children’s home" management and service mode. Finally, the author gives the specific suggestions on the Children’s home management service mode at the end of the article.
