An Research Into The Kunming X Rehabilitation Nursing Services Center’ Transformation And Extension Of Services

The rapid development of society has increased the difficulty of social management, highlighting the many social problems, but the results of the government to solve problems it’s not very satisfactory. Social work agencies can play a substitute role in alleviate social conflicts and solve social problems, In recent years, General Office of the State Council, the Organization Department of the Central Committee and the Ministry of Civil Affairs has issued a document to promote the development of private social work agencies, and make the relevant provisions in government procurement of services. At the same time, social work agencies have begun to face "growing pains." A high proportion of talent drain, social work agency is weak in terms of resource integration, and other issues, have made the development of social work institutions in trouble.New types of social services can be added to help X center temporarily or long-term survival, which translates into the self-financing by the resource-dependent and independent development social organization. As a social work agency more than one type of service coexist, each service type has its own advantages and can better avoid the embarrassment that some social work agencies faced problems of service type single. This paper attempts to study Kunming X Rehabilitation Nursing Services Center’s service transformation and extension of services, and to explore ways of social work agency service transformation, and the way to increase the likelihood of services and methods. Research through literature, questionnaire survey, participant observation and interviews, On the basis of analysis of the development and transformation of the X club, combining assessment of the X club service transformation to reflect service transformation and extension of services, and summarize the following conclusion:Social work agencies according to their own values and the operating logic of the field in which to enhance communication between the type of system, by increasing the complexity of their own to reduce the influence and interference of environment to each function of the system of self-operation to achieve the purpose of development.
