| The development of social work service organizations is subject to multidimensional constraints such as weak independent viability, insufficient access to resources, and obvious tendency to over-density.At present, the development of nonprofit organizations through transformation into social enterprises has attracted much attention from scholars. As a direction for the future development of social work institutions, social enterprises have advantages in promoting the self-hematopoiesis of social work institutions, improving institutional management autonomy and building social work talents.Social work organizations achieve self-sufficiency and sustainable development, which is conducive to their public welfare mission and social welfare vision. This paper selects social work institutions as the starting point,is supported by the theory of resource dependence and social capital, based on the consistency of social work professional values and social entrepreneurship, explores the possibility of social work institutions transforming into social enterprises, and attempts to study social work. The strategy of institutional transformation of social enterprises has guiding and reference significance for operators of social work institutions who want to implement transformation. This paper investigates four domestic social work organizations that have successfully transformed into social enterprises through field research, understands and analyzes the strategies they have adopted to promote the transformation of the organization, and the impact of the transformation on the organization. Then it draws the conclusion that in order to make the service accessible to customers favor, need to rely on the organization’s original brand service projects to expand outwards,so as to clearly position the organization’s development direction;in order to attract customers,it is necessary to deepen government-enterprise cooperation, build strong relationships, create active communities, and weave close weak relationships;in order to maintain customers Stickiness requires expanding the social work team, introducing other talents, improving the system, and paying attention to the efficiency and fairness of the organization. The transformation of a social work organization into a social enterprise is conducive to alleviating the financial pressure of social work organizations;improving the business level of institutional practitioners;breaking the regional limitations of government purchases of service items;and enabling organizations to obtain profitability qualifications and avoid legal risks. However, the transformation has also caused the organization’s public welfare mission to shift, affecting the organization’s credibility. If social work organizations want to transform into social enterprises, they need to have their own brand projects and stable service groups, and they must not blindly transform. For organizations that have already undergone transformation,in order to reduce the negative impact of the transformation on the organization,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of professionalism, never forget why you started, and keep in mind the mission of "social workers". |
