Ideological and political theory course is one of the ministry of education regulations compulsory course for college students, it is the indispensable role for university students to grow up, the actual effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities issue in the field of ideological and political education is the focus problem of the party,state,experts and scholars. Ideological and political theory class as the main channel of ideological and political education, its effectiveness is the top priority. College students in the of ideological and political theory course is the most urgent and practical method to improve the actual effect of ideological and political education.This paper based on the acceptance effects of college students’ ideological and political theory, investigated six college students the effect of acceptance with the aid of statistical software SPSS 19.0 to analyze. And as The Acceptant Objects to the main research object of the epistemological perspective, based on the analysis of acceptance effects, we can conclude that the current situation of college students to accept the effect of ideological and political theory, and then tried to confirm the cause of the effect and related factors, according to these factors, put forward the rationalization proposal and improved the ideological and political theory class to accept the effects.The full text is divided into four parts, the first part, elaborated the epistemology relationship of ideological and political theory course, accept effect and acceptance connotation. The second part, tried to analyze the 497 questionnaires which the six college students involved in each major, and figured out the information provided by analysis of ideological and political theory course that college students to accept. The third part, further analysis of the questionnaire, analyze the cause and factors affecting the effects of acceptance. The fourth part, in the perspective of epistemology, combined with the results of the survey and the factors related to the ideological and political theory, in order to improve college students’ ideological and political theory course in acceptance effects, put forward rational Suggestions that how to optimize the related factors.
