In recent years,under the background of the country's vigorous promotion of the integration of production and education,a series of policy documents have gradually increased the requirements for talent training.China is in a critical period of economic and social transformation.With the development of science and technology and the iteratively updating technology,the development of the national economy urgently requires a lot of complex and technique talents.Different from the "sit and talk" type of academic education,vocational education belongs to the "getting started" type of education,which requires students not only to have the technical skills and theoretical knowledge behind the job,but also to possess the capacities of planning the tasks of the job and product design.Therefore,in the context of the integration of production and education,actively encourage outstanding industry companies to participate in the curriculum reform of vocational education.Based on industry enterprise certification standards,adopting reverse design thinking to construct vocational professional courses,integrating cutting-edge knowledge,technology and culture into professional courses,comprehensively improving the quality of vocational education and the professional competence of vocational college students and enhancing their ability to serve the society by changing jobs.At present,the talents cultivated by courses based on traditional subject logic are no longer adapted to the current policies and industry requirements for enterprise development.In order to make the talents cultivated by vocational schools suitable for the needs of enterprise development,it is especially important for schools and enterprises to jointly build professional courses for higher vocational education.Facing the urgency and necessity of curriculum reform in higher vocational education,this paper uses research methods such as literature method and survey method to review and summarize the domestic and foreign literature on the integration of production and education and the reform of higher vocational education curriculum.Curriculum Status Survey Teacher Volume,selecting two nationaldemonstration schools(Hebei Industrial Vocational Technical College,Xingtai Vocational Technical College)and ordinary higher vocational colleges(Shijiazhuang Vocational Technical College,Shijiazhuang Vocational Technical College)The research object explores the current status of higher vocational professional courses from a practical level.The investigation of the vocational professional curriculum operating mechanism,the structure of the professional curriculum,the content of the professional curriculum,the evaluation of the professional curriculum,and the professional faculty were conducted to explain the status of the vocational professional curriculum and the main problems,and propose optimization based on the problems in the five aspects,which can provide the strategy provides new ideas for the curriculum reform of higher vocational colleges in the future.
