Research On The Integration And Development Strategy Of The QD Olympic Sailing Center

Carrying a strong culture of the Olympic Games in the Olympic venues in the international tourism industry is a kind of important tourism resources, at the same time as the Olympic venues and the QD Sailing Center, QD Olympic Sailing Center Stadium has a strong ground, facilities and cultural resources. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to is through the analysis of QD Olympic Sailing Center venues,management status, problems, combined with QD Olympic Sailing Center Stadium operating environment, QD Olympic Sailing Center venues resources integration and development strategy put forward, to further promote the QD Olympic Sailing Center venues resources allocation of social function and economic function to sustainable development.The research methods of this paper include literature analysis, questionnaire survey, logic analysis, field survey and interview. Through the literature analysis combing large stadiums in the race for resources integration and development strategy,through questionnaire, interviews and field research to obtain tourists investigated and analyzed the current situation of management of the QD Olympic Sailing Center venues, through logical analysis method of QD Olympic Sailing Center venue management environment for carding and analysis.The main contents of this paper include: the current situation of management of the QD Olympic Sailing Center venues for survey and design; overview of QD Olympic Sailing Center venues survey, management the basic situation, the status of the personnel, statistical analysis QD Olympic Sailing Center venues of structure of consumption groups, consumer demand QD Olympic Sailing Center venues resources integration and product development based on analysis; analysis of QD Olympic Sailing Center venues in the operation and management of the existing problems of external factors and internal factors.
