Research On Project Evaluation System After Olympic Sailing Regatta

Qingdao, as the partner city of Beijing, has the independent operational organization, which plays a particularly important role in Olympic games operation. Under the leadership of BOCOG and Qingdao Government, Qingdao Sailing Committee is in charge of the operation of Olympic Sailing Regatta. For the project evaluation of the Olympic Sailing Regatta, it's really important, no matter for the Qingdao Government, the Sailing Committee, or BOCOG.2008 Beijing Olympic Games got a great success. As the participants, we are still busy on the summary and analysis after the games. From the beginning of the preparations for the Olympic Sailing Regatta, the government and the Sailing Committee spare no effort on the research, through figures or the cases. But for the evaluation after games, it's a blank till now, seldom referred in the articles. Lots of research shows, international experts don't pay much attention to the project evaluation,instead, they do a lot on the analysis and investigation of the games operation. However, the evaluation after games for the big event is significant, especially for the competition, through which we could discover the problems. So we could provide more valuable experience for the operation system for big event and get reasonable cost control.This article analysis the Olympic games influence on the society, and I will adopt the theory analysis and practical research to establish a evaluation system of after Olympic Sailing Regatta, so we could take the system into the influence on the city development.I wish we could establish a project evaluation system, so that people's attention to the Olympic Sailing Regatta could turn to the after games period. Through this, we could clear see the Olympic legacy for Qingdao, China, and even for the whole world.
