In the current situation, the Preschool normal school is still the "cradle" of training kindergarten teachers. In recent years, the state attaches great importance to the development of pre-school education for these schools to bring opportunities, while the number of students declining enrollment and the quality of students decreased year by year have brought tremendous pressure to personnel training in the school. As an important base of Kindergarten Teacher Training in West Guangdong Province, Zhanjiang Preschool Normal School shoulders the arduous task of delivering high-quality preschool teachers to West Guangdong Province and even the whole Guangdong Province. Under the situation of both opportunities and challenges, it is an important task of school personnel training to improve the cultural quality of young teachers and students.Language is an important cultural basic course in secondary vocational schools, training and language learning ability of language knowledge learning preschool to vocational majors, employment and lifelong development are of extraordinary significance. As future kindergarten teachers, preschool students are responsible for the important task of enlightenment in the first chain personnel training, the quality of their cultural and language ability will directly affect the quality of pre-school education. Based on this practical reason, this paper integrates the actual situation of Zhanjiang Preschool Normal School as well as the explore of my own language teaching, to study it from the perspective of students to improve language skills and culture, and how to improve the pre-professional students’ language ability and discussion better. And further to the author’s school and even the entire vocational school language education reform has carried on the reflection.The structure and content of this paper are as follows:The introduction describes the theoretical basis and practical significance of the research, researches on relevant literature reviews, and briefly introduces the research method and content.The main body of the paper describes the contents of the four aspects of the research.The first part explains the meaning of language proficiency, constitutes the features of vocational language proficiency, investigates and analysis the demand for language proficiency of kindergarten teachers. On this basis, the paper summarizes the teachers abilities of language and literacy.Through investigation, the second part analyzes and makes an objective assessment to the status quo of students’ language ability in Zhanjiang Preschool Normal School, and points out the problems of students’ language proficiency.The third part starts from the concept of vocational education, vocational training objectives for preschool education professionals Kindergarten teachers’ requirement of language proficiency and literacy, and explains the principles of vocational language teaching and language ability, especially to the 4 aspects of training strategy, those are the pre-school education majors Putonghua, lectures story ability to develop strategic competence and the application of writing skills and appreciation of children compose literary works. It strives to build a preliminary a professional positions in line with the needs of teachers and language capacity building framework for our school has a strong targeted more effectively integrated into the language proficiency among students in vocational ability, promoting employment and lifelong development of students.The fourth part is deep targets further development of language teaching and vocational personnel training to reflect the new situation pointed language education in Zhanjiang Preschool Normal School in the face of new problems need to be addressed, according to urge schools to make positive changes in the school situation response, and further in the highly strategic thinking of Chinese vocational education personnel training underlying objectives, hoping to reform education in Chinese and the whole reform of vocational education to make its own little contribution.
