| Tang Chinese poetry teaching plays a crucial role for the instruction of Chinese language. It not only makes us acquire the knowledge on Chinese traditional culture, but also gives us assistance to obtain improvements on spiritual characters during the processes. As the important part of the Chinese conventional culture, Tang poetry should be conveyed to perform the task of language literacy training. Unfortunately, because of the pursuit of mark-target in current examination-oriented education system, the related curricula throughout most of the middle schools usually paid more attention to infuse knowledge, as well as skills training among the students, in the meanwhile, ignore the cultural function of Tang poetry for students’ language literacy.Chinese language is a course focusing on the strong humanism. All of the excellent verses in the articles derive from the writers’ sentiment and intellect, which include a variety of sentiment elements and load the important components of language literacy training. In this paper, the relationship between Tang poetry teaching and the language literacy inculcating for students in middle schools was analyzed and discussed initially. Tang poetry provides all the students with four specific types of beneficial nutrients on ideological and moral quality, aesthetic ability, language expression skills and writing levels in detail, then the significance of its instruction for middle school students was concerned, finally, the future teaching orientation was pointed out. The contents of Tang poetry in the textbooks of middle and high schools were summarized for analysis, to identify the current status of teaching and discover the problems, ultimately, to figure out the causes resulting in the current unsatisfactory condition, thus, to propose the possible reform plan in view of the teaching strategies and practice, with the expectant aim to realize the educational value of Tang poetry teaching.This article consists of four parts:The first chapter is "Introduction". It briefly outlined in this paper, the selected topic background, the selected theme significance, application value, research ideas and methods, along with the current situation in the academic field for the consummation of students’ achievement about Chinese language.The second chapter is "The connotation of the Chinese language accomplishment and its relationship with Tang poetry". It analyzed the essence of Chinese language accomplishment and its connection with the Tang poetry, and demonstrated the beneficial nutrients of Tang poetry for the middle school students on four subjects, ideological and moral quality, aesthetic ability, language expression skill and writing level.The third chapter is "The middle school teaching materials for Tang poetry learning and the reasons analysis on the formation of present situation". It collected the formal contents for Tang poetry in the current middle and high school textbooks, also testified the corresponding status in consideration of the teaching and learning factors, and indicated the causes of the existing circumstance.The fourth chapter is "The teaching methods of Tang poetry to improve the middle school students’ Chinese language accomplishment from the theory and practical perspectives". This chapter is the highlight of the full text, from the both sides of teaching strategies and practice, to explore how to promote the students’ Chinese language cultivation through the Tang poetry teaching processes. |
