In the 21 st century, science and technology have become the driving force of the times, and the promotion of citizens' scientific literacy has been highly concerned by all countries in the world. As future builders and successors, children's scientific literacy is related to the future competitiveness of science and technology. While as the organizers, supporters and guides of preschool science activities, preschool teachers' scientific literacy directly affects the organization of preschool science activities and the promotion of preschool science literacy. In the Plan of Action for National Scientific Literacy(2016-2020),it is proposed to build a training system for science teachers so as to improve their scientific literacy and science and technology education level.Preschool education is the foundation stage of basic education.Improving the scientific literacy of preschool teachers is an important part of improving the scientific literacy of the whole people.According to the statistics in 2014,the number of preschool education students enrolled at the secondary school level in Hebei Province accounts for more than 64% of the total number of preschool education students enrolled in the province. It can be seen that preschool education in secondary vocational schools is still the main force of kindergarten teacher training. But the secondary vocational school students have poor science foundation. They are weak in learning, inquirying consciousness and scientific literacy. After these students enter the job,the ability to guide children's scientific inquiry is poor;scientific attitude is not rigorous enough and sometimes they may make intellectual mistakes. Therefore, the scientific literacy of preschool education in secondary vocational schools needs to be improved.By investigating the scientific literacy of students majoring in preschool education in three secondary vocational schools in Tangshan City, the author understands the current situation of students majoring in preschool education in secondary vocational schools, analyses the reasons for students' low scientific literacy, and puts forward the strategies for cultivating students' scientific literacy in preschool education in secondary vocational schools. This study is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction.First it introduces the reasons for choosing the topic of the paper.Secondly,it introduces the core concepts related to this study and the theoretical and practical significance of the paper and at the same time,it summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad and puts forward the innovation of this study. Finally,it points out the purpose and application of research methods. The second part briefly expounds the pedagogical and psychological theories used in this study. The third part is to investigate and analyze the current situation and reasons of scientific literacy of pre-school education students in secondary vocational schools in Hebei Province. The fourth part, taking Tangshan Occupation Education Center as an example, puts forward strategies to enhance the scientific literacy of students majoring in preschool education in secondary vocational schools: First, construct a systematic scientific curriculum management system to stimulate students' interest in learning.Second, build a multi-channel platform for popularizing scientific knowledge and enrich students' scientific knowledge. In short,It has become the consensus of the whole society to raise the scientific literacy of citizens from childhood. As a training institution for preschool teachers, secondary vocational schools should take the improvement of preschool education students' scientific literacy as an important task to lay a good foundation for students' career.
