Following the rapid changes in science and technology, the explosive growth of information and knowledge in today’s society, in the context of lifelong learning and learning society construction, how to make use of spare time to carry out the learning activities in order to promote the development of the self has become a hot focus. Young professional females as one of the most dynamic and creative groups, they are occupying the important status in social life and production. The situation of young professional females’leisure learning, directly affects the progress and development of the society. What current situation of young professional females’ leisure learning and what factors influence their leisure learning, is worth our further research.In this paper, the researcher uses the questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate the present status of young professional females’leisure learning. The study found that young professional females generally recognized the necessity of leisure learning, leisure learning activities give priority to meet the demand of self. Their leisure learning has the following characteristics, mainly in order to get the rest and entertainment, to pursuit the career development, to care for family members. Young professional females leisure learning pay attention to practical knowledge, displayed the trend of obvious practical principles. In the mobile Internet era, young professional females’leisure learning rely on mobile phones, computers and other network media to get information and knowledge, to carry out the fragment learning. Form the aspects of subjective and objective factors affecting the young professional females’learning, the survey found that young professional females leisure learning mainly influenced by its own factors, weak willpower is one of the biggest factors hinder leisure learning.The paper is divided into the following several chapters:The first chapter is introduction, including research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods, literature review and concept definition. Literature review combed the domestic and foreign research about the "young professional female" and "leisure learning", has been clear about the existing research results and further research problems, and also established the basis of theoretical research and empirical research of this paper. Concept definitions mainly interpret and define the "young professional female" and "leisure learning", and also determine the research object and the research perspective about leisure learning.The second chapter is about the present situation of young professional females’ leisure learning, by using questionnaire to collect data. According to the data obtained from the research group, describe the basic characteristics about the research groups, present the current situation of young professional females’ leisure learning and analyze influence factors about leisure learning. According to the survey data and interview data, present three cases about young professional females’ leisure learning, and summarize the young professional females’leisure learning characteristics.The third chapter is about the young professional females’leisure learning problems and analysis. The researchers according to interviews and research present situation analysis, found that young professional females’ leisure learning outside has the following problems:the poor learning environment, lack of learning resources, lack of family love and support; Itself mainly exist the following problems:the leisure time utilization rate is not high, lack of leisure study plan, weak willpower, learning affected by emotions, low self-efficacy.The fourth chapter is the suggestions to young professional females’ leisure learning. According to the problems found during the research, suggestions given to young professional females’ leisure learning from two aspects of external environment and young professional females themselves.The last chapter is conclusion about the deficiency in the process of research, and future research outlook.
