Research On Problems Of College Students’ Dormitory In Shaoguan And Countermeasures

The rise of education is no longer a distant, people also hope to accept the education of colleges and universities, enrich themselves, improve personal quality, the number of higher education is expanding, the traditional management mode and teaching methods have been unable to meet the current situation, so we need to change the traditional teaching methods and management methods, to provide more students learning space and living space. At present, the number of college students is increasing, the thinking and behavior of students have changed greatly, especially for higher education. It is a new change to the students’ learning and living in the school dormitory. In the face of new situation, there is no small change in management concepts and management methods.This paper studies the problems and Countermeasures of college student apartment management, and combines the theory of community governance and the basic situation of Shaoguan University, and makes an empirical study. First is the introduction of this paper proposed the research background and research significance, domestic and foreign research present situation, research content, research framework, research methods, research of this paper to make an overall summary and so as to guide the research process. The first chapter defines the related concepts and theoretical basis, connotation and characteristics of university student apartment concept, college student apartment management concept, the connotation and and urban residents of the community were compared, presents the uniqueness of university student apartments, also the research direction and the research content were further definition. And university student apartments management theory -- the theory of community governance, which mainly expounds on the community governance theory, clear the research angle of view, also on the feasibility of the study from the perspective of the research contents of this paper are described. Shaoguan university student apartments management present situation analysis, including the basic situation of Shaoguan university student apartment management, Shaoguan university student apartments management existing problem and university student apartments management problems of the causes is the second chapter. The third chapter proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve college student apartment management, including multiple goals clear student apartment management, to enrich the students’ dormitory culture construction; optimizing governance structure of student apartment; reasonable distribution of power management, giving students autonomous power to convex doctrine of student organizations and continuously improve the governance level of university student apartments. Effectively solve the problems in the community management of college student apartments, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of governance.Whether it is the development of the times, or the change of the management mode of the University, and even the change of the students’ main ideas, we require us to carry on a new round of reform and the renewal of the students’ apartment community management. The emergence of community management in college students’ Apartments offers a new opportunity to the development of students’ apartment community. The major colleges and universities need a complete management method to achieve the management of students’ apartments. The research of this theory has some limitations. This thesis is also to solve this problem, from the perspective of public management theory, to define the concept of College Students’ apartment community, and put forward the existing problems in management practice, analyze the causes of these problems, and put forward practical solutions.
