Collaborative teaching is a special teaching mode which exists in Korean secondary schools' Chinese class.According to the different roles of Chinese teacher and Korea teacher,there are three different types of cooperative teaching modes.A total of 56 CPIK volunteer teachers which come from various secondary schools in Seoul participated in the survey.The results showed that the Chinese teacher-assisted mode was most prevalent in the teaching mode of Korean Chinese class.In order to better present the Chinese teacher-assisted class in Korea,two classes of the second grade in Cheonho Middle School was randomly selected as the case of this study.In the Chinese class of Chinese teacher-assisted mode,Chinese teachers are more responsible for the tasks such as pronunciation demonstration,voice practice,pronunciation-correcting and making dialogues with students,the grasp of class arrangement is by the Korean teacher.Cultural and practical parts is slightly different,the role of the Chinese teacher plays a greater,but still under the Korean teacher's management to carry out the activities.The case-analysis study of the Chinese class in Cheonho Middle School shows that the Chinese teacher-assisted teaching mode has a prominent advantage and rationality.It gives full play to the advantages of the two teachers,and avoids the boring and tastelessness of the Chinese class in the past,greatly improving the class efficiency.However,the defects of this teaching mode can not be ignored: due to the limitations of teaching tasks and under the guidance of the Korean teacher,the input of Chinese language and the speaking rate of students is still not high,it also likely to cause the Chinese teacher's slack mood.Therefore,the Chinese teachers need to adjust their role-positioning,and coordinate with the partner teacher,except that,with good efforts to maximize their own effects.The Chinese teacher-assisted teaching mode will still long exist in Korean secondary schools' Chinese class.
