With the gradual deepening of China's curriculum reform, curriculum resources has been highly valued. In 2011, JiangSu province launched a "course base construction" project,in order to provide students with a richer curriculum and development opportunities, and then have a profound impact on basic education. At present, there is a lack of research on curriculum resources development and utilization.Most of the course bases have not been effectively utilized.This study uses Nanjing ZhongHua middle school's "life,life,ecological education" courses base as the research object, carries on the high school biology curriculum resources integration and utilization of the research.This study includes four blocks with:First, theoretical research through the consult literature, combing the curriculum resources, course base, high school biology curriculum resources development and utilization, etc. Summarizing the principle of the base course of high school biology curriculum resources development and utilization.Second, conducting a field study.Integrating the courses base resources and the high school biology course based on "the ordinary high school biology curriculum standard", through integration we have discovered: base course resources are rich, but not for all the resources involved in the curriculum standard; Life Science Museum covers two themes of evolution and ecosystem ; Three botanical garden function of curriculum resources is single; Course base curriculum resources are suitable for the national curriculum, more suitable for school-based curriculum.Third, putting forward some suggestions on the development and utilization of base course. For example: Using the course base as the platform to develop school-based curriculum; Relying on the base course resources to perfect the optional courses; Around the base course resources to establish interest groups; Appropriately extended release time, open to all students; Cooperating with college students, and then carry out the science festival; Inviting outside experts into the school to carry out the lecture; Combining with our school course base to compose guided learning plan.Fourth, using the courses base resources to design tow cases,including:National curriculum teaching and School-based curriculum teaching.Finally,coming to conclusion: The course base is good for students' study and teacher's teaching.For the national curriculum, course base curriculum resources can be regarded as a supplement to the traditional curriculum resources, make up for the lack of classroom teaching, encourage students to reach the teaching objectives which cannot achieve in the classroom, have a more rational understanding of the learning content, promote students to internalize knowledge; and also can stimulate students' learning desire,motivate students to extend their studies beyond the classroom, promote students'autonomous learning ability.For school-based curriculum, course base curriculum resources are conducive to carry out more school-based curriculum,improve students'learning efficiency, make up for the inconvenience of traditional curriculum resources,and improve students' scientific literacy.
