The development of the "Internet+" expected to create huge opportunity for our study and daily life. At the same time, the development of Internet technology bring huge challenge for our traditional classroom and traditional teaching. From another point of view, how Internet will further develop in the face of these challenges, whether Internet Education can develop in the absence of traditional classroom teaching, whether Internet Education will replace traditional classroom teaching or not, all of which are concerned about by us. Although the development of Internet Education great impact on our traditional classroom teaching, and even subvert many concepts of our traditional classroom teaching has its unique advantages. Students can experience face-to-face communication and thinking collision in the classroom and they can enjoy the process of expressing their own thoughts and viewpoints using language. In the whole process of teaching, teachers can have a hybrid classroom teaching by combining offline teaching with online teaching based on their teaching needs, and students can have a Blended Learning by the use of mobile terminal.The paper is mainly focused on the effectiveness of implementation of Blended Learning and M-Learning, the characteristics of Blended Learning and M-Learning have been analyzed and Summarized through research on literatures. And then, actual cases have been studied by entering the classroom teaching. We redesign the mode of classroom teaching in reference with the actual teaching content in order to aid teachers with their implementation of Blended Teaching. Meanwhile, we give assistance to teachers by guiding students to conduct Blended Learning based on mobile terminal. Within half a semester teaching has been conducted, and then data have been collected using questionnaires and records of midterm exam and final exam. Data collected have been compared and analyzed, finally resulting in the sum up of the practical teaching experiences.
