Education informatization not only changed the traditional education mode, the concept of teacher training, teaching mode, teaching method are also put forward new requirements. Although, the traditional teacher training has the advantages of high teaching efficiency and wide audience. With the time goes by, we pay more attention to the teacher’s independent inquiry and cooperative learning. Applied video learning based on annotation in network training of teachers is one of the important measures to achieve this learning. It not only enriches the teaching process, but also reflects the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of the teachers as the main body of the study. The study make full use of the video learning and information technology, to guide teachers’teaching reflection, promote communication between teachers discuss, improve the effect of the application of network training of teachers. The ultimate goal of the study is to help the teachers to enhance their professional skills and achieve their own development.This research mainly uses the literature research method, questionnaire survey and interview method of three kinds of research method. This paper is divided into six chapter. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background and the research significance, research purpose, research contents, research methods and technical route. The second chapter is mainly based on relevant studies. Firstly, the theoretical basis of this study and the Enlightenment from it are put forward. And then, the research status of teachers’ network training, video annotation and video learning based on annotation are discussed respectively. All of these provide help for the development of the study. The third chapter is mainly based on the second chapter analysis proposed the design video learning environment based on annotation, including learning tools, learning resources, learning activities, community, learning support and design of learning evaluation. The fourth chapter is mainly through the analysis of the video learning environment based annotation, presents the design principles of the network training of teachers. And put forward a new process of network training of teachers based on this principle, then summarizes its characteristics. The fifth chapter mainly on empirical research network training of teachers. This study selected in Qianjiang City elementary and middle school’s teacher as the research object, chosen the first contents of the micro lesson is what in the design and production of micro lesson as a case, detailed exposition the implementation process of network training of teachers learning in this study. Through the learning process, learning effects and interviews to investigate these three aspects, the implementation of the results were analyzed and verified, and then the design and application of the summary. The sixth chapter, summary and prospect. Summary of the main results of this study and the shortcomings of the study.
