| Since the development of the network and digital technology, digital Microteaching system came into being. Normal Student use of digital Microteaching system can record and storage Microteaching video online. Meanwhile, video annotation technology has great development, especially in online video annotation which makes web technology and video technology in together, to provide a new method in video annotation.This paper is produced in this context. The paper first to understanding the basic situation of Microteaching and the evaluation of normal student in east china normal university, analyze the Microteaching skill evaluation and the existing problems, think of using online video annotation technology to supply the Microteaching evaluation. From this starting point for the study, design the Microteaching skill evaluation system which based on online video annotation technology, analysis system needs to function and realization methods. Finally using the related theory and technology, develop the system modules, realizing the function of each module, and deployment and testing.Combining the Microteaching evaluation system with online video annotation technologies, we can not only solve the problems of lack of time in Microteaching skills assessment and teachers evaluate, also is a new attempt in the Microteaching skill evaluation method. For normal students, online video annotation applied to the assessment of the Microteaching skill, will help to others students or himself pointed out the existing problems in the teaching and put forward the corresponding opinions, also corresponding to the problems existing in the Microteaching video and evaluation of the relevant contents, so as to find out its own corresponding teaching process, personal reflection, improve their teaching skills.
