With its visualization, intuition, easy availability, video resources has gradually become the main force of multimedia resources which used in multimedia teaching. For using video, the demand of users is from simple browsing, direct viewing,to diversification which includes the extraction of specified clips, video content editing and analysis. With the demand of enable users to quickly and accurately from the massive video to find specific content containing the video clips, the effective organization and management of video data has a broad application prospect.The traditional teaching video management system has many problems.First,the. organization and- management of massive video data is a complex issue that requires weighing the efficiency and consistency of data; Secondly,due to multi-user processing of video content, there will be repeated annotation and malicious markup;Finally, the traditional system only provides online services, but the need for provide offline,portable services can't be ruled out.In view of the above problems,this paper presents the corresponding solution,and realizes the teaching video management system which is based on collaborative annotation.For the first question, this article developed a Windows service which based on FileSystemWatcher to ensure the consistency of video data and its database information.When the video file is moved, renamed, and deleted, this service ensures that the video description of the database is updated synchronously to ensure that the video tag information is not invalid and that the video database has uninterrupted and efficient service functions.This paper presents a complete set of processing mechanisms to ensure the validity of the information annotations for classification in the case of multi-user collaboration annotations such as "repeat annotation","supplemental tag" and "malicious tag". For repetitive annotations and supplementary notes, the system determines the degree of overlap on the time of the video clip by setting the threshold and judges the text similarity according to the edit distance algorithm for automatic processing. For malicious annotations, this article designs and completes the audit mechanism, that is, the non-video owner submits the"pre-tagged" information submitted to the video moderator to the audit to ensure the accuracy of the annotated information. This article designed and completed the "report -verify - deal" mechanism, that is, other users to report the malicious director of the video,the system administrator to verify the deal.For the third question, this paper designs and completes the function of selective exporting annotation information and the video playback tool which can read this exported information.According to the principle of collaborative annotation, the system carries on the digital processing, the content analysis, the organization and management to the existing large number of teaching video, and so on, achieves the service function such as content mining,sharing and promotion.The system can improve the quality of education and teaching, assist better teachers to carry out education and teaching work , improve better the level of education and teaching informatization, and constribute better school education and teaching informatization.
