The rapid development of information technology has had a profound impaction on teaching and learning, as well as offers more possibilities to improve the learning performance. The continuing education for masters of free normal education is currently of limited effect. The possible reasons are as follows:the conflicts between their work and study lead to limited investment of learning time; massive online resources lead to "information Trek"; the model of distance teaching causes the lack of on-site supervision of teachers which results in insufficient motivation. Facing to the distinctive and personalized needs of learners, this paper based on the active function and high deliverability of WeChat tries to launch personalized learning services, providing abundant learning resources and personalized guidance for learners, which has important practical significance. The main contents of the research includes:Firstly, through the literature review research about WeChat public platform’s application in the field of education we got results:most related studies status at the theoretical level to demonstrate the advantages of WeChat public platform and its feasibility and reality in education field. But it is undeniable that the teaching research from practical level are insufficient. Combined with learner’s frontal analysis, the paper tries to analysis the necessity and feasibility of personalized learning services.Secondly, under the guidance of education equity theory, connectivism theory, layered teaching theory, it builds the personalized learning service model based on information push and carries out the personalized learning services from two aspects: initiative resources push and learning process guidance. It also links with learning needs and learning orientation to make our course resource micro and set some interaction and push rules of WeChat public platform. Taken the Course Literature Reading and Essay Writing as an example,We carry out a case study about the personalized learning services based on WeChat public platform and collect related data of learning.Finally, draw on the questionnaire and interviews as well as recording data from WeChat public platform for statistical analysis, studies have shown that the personalized learning services based on smart information push can improve the academic performance of the learners effectively, stimulate their interest in learning and strengthen teachers’ supervision. Thus the learner’s personalized learning experience gets optimized and the interaction between students and teachers become more effective. Conformed to the mobile learning and fragmented learning of informational age, the research relieves the conflictions between working and learning, and meets the demand of personalized learning as well as promotes the utilization of informational resources, which also promotes the education fair in some way.
