With the development of information technology and the transformation of education concept and teaching thought, the application of information technology in the subject teaching is more and more widely, it is not only the call of The Times, also is the need of talent of education high quality.In this paper, based on 3 d holographic technology in the design and application of high school dance classes for teaching research. Design the dance teaching process based on 3 d holographic technology, mainly includes:the first dance moves video was recorded using 3 d holographic technology, and then organize students to watch video, and then get the students feedback about dancing, difficult point, according to the feedback information of teaching difficult point to locate and teaching strategy adjustment, so as to improve the teaching effect. On the basis of complete teaching design, in order to dance ballet teaching of elective module as an example, selecting the Shenzhen red ridge middle school students of class 1 and class 2, grade as the object, in actual teaching, based on the teaching effect of 3 d holographic technology for validation.By studying the following conclusions:in terms of ballet classes, the students taught by 3 d holographic technology both on the technology of the ballet master, or on the degree of finish is the ballet in ascension; 3 d holographic technology in teaching is complicated or bring more the dance moves has the very big superiority, this technique can be resolved very good points, repeated appear in front of students, so that the students grasp of the dance moves technology and content, therefore to dance professional teaching has the very strong practical significance; Through experiment contrast found at the same time, using 3 d holographic technology dance teaching can improve students’ level, by making professional ballet dancer, comparing the basic action and the students’ action can clearly reflect the technical problems of the students; On the ballet teaching in use of 3 d holographic technology, students’ learning interest and learning efficiency improved obviously; Finally, students of 3 d holographic technology applied to professor way of teaching evaluation is higher, can effectively stimulate students’ interest in learning.
