Rumba is one of the Latin dance projects.It is a new sports and art combination.It is a new dance carrier with its unique charm.It is popular in major sports colleges and has won the respect of young students.And love.Latin dance in China started late,and it needs to be improved in terms of training methods,teaching modes and curriculum settings.As an emerging project,its time of introduction to China is limited,and a rigorous and standardized training system has not yet been formed.If you want to cultivate a good sports dancer,you need to improve the overall ability of the dancers.Ballet basic training was born in Italy and has a long history of development.It has formed a scientific,complete and standardized training system.Many professional colleges in China will use ballet basic training as a daily basic training.The basic training of ballet has a significant effect on the physical fitness and special skills of the children's rumba dance.In teaching,many advantages of ballet basic training are used by Lombard to learn from the comparison.The similarities between ballet basic training and rumba dance are found and analyzed and utilized.It is of great significance to the development of Latin dance in teaching and training system in China.significance.This articl euses the literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method,with the "ballet basic training to improve the teaching effect of children's rumba dance" as the research object,to Guangzhou Baiyun Xi Yashan Education The 40 students of the Latin Elementary School of the Mountain Education were selected as the experimental subjects and divided into the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group was integrated into the ballet basic training under the regular teaching,and the control group used the regular teaching.There was no significant difference between the two indexes before the experiment.After 16 weeks of training,the two shifts have changed a lot.The results are as follows:1.After 16 weeks of training,the two groups were compared: the experimental group had significant changes in the indicators such as standing long jump,standing with one eye closed,sitting flexion,50 m running,one-minute sit-up,and vital capacity P<0.05,significantly better than the conventional group,in which the experimental group had a very significant change in the flexion of the sitting body P<0.01,from11.76 cm before the experiment to 16.55 cm,indicating the lower limb strength,abdominal strength,balance,flexibility,speed The improvement in quality such as endurance is larger than that in the regular group.2.After 16 weeks of training,the two groups had significant changes in rhythm expression,dance movement skills,dance style and other indicators,P value <0.05,indicating that the training method of the experimental group is more effective.3.After 16 weeks of training,the two groups were compared: the music rhythm,30 seconds Latin hand position,50 m × 8 round-trip running and other items did not show significant difference after training,P value was >0.05,indicating that the experimental group training method did not Play a significant role.
