This research is a case study of a county secondary school, with twenty-seven years of change from 1988 to 2015 for the time clue, studies the changes of M structure of the middle school teachers. The main research methods is in field research, combined with the collected data and interview data, described a picture of county schools for compulsory education teachers structure change and development prospect.In 27 years of development and change, focus groups of teachers in M middle school teaching role identity in the process of development and change process, concrete is divided into three periods of three different types of groups of teachers to start research, namely in M middle school young teachers, intermediate grade teachers and bone stem teachers. And taking the opportunity of the clues, combined with major events happened in the various periods of history background and school, comprehensive system analysis M middle school teachers to focus on the development and change of a high degree of age structure, sex structure, professional title structure, and educational structure.The age structure of teachers is with the M school’s development gradually grew, The young developed from the early to the late in aging; gender imbalance has not improved, balance of teachers gender structure becomes the bottleneck of M secondary school education and teaching reform, it is difficult to get a breakthrough; title structure experienced a gradual optimization process, from at the beginning of the founding of the intermediate title mostly to the later development of the backbone of the teachers, senior teachers are highlighted. Education structure, by the motley crew to the later development of undergraduate degree in the early majority, postgraduates and college degree ratio reduced.Combined with the analysis of the characteristics of the M middle school teacher structure change, the positive development of the teachers’ team is analyzed. The analysis of the outstanding problems, need on the basis of objective knowledge "teacher structure", the rational allocation of teacher resource, improve the teaching quality of teacher training, the reform of teacher recruitment approach.
