The depth of information technology and subject teaching fusion, is a new subject in the present teaching reform. In mathematics teaching, how to use modern educational technology promote the improvement of students’ thinking ability, realize knowledge instilled into training thinking ability of students in the transformation, has become a focus of concern in the reform of Mathematics Teaching. Through the investigation, it is found that there are still a lot of problems in the use of information technology in primary school mathematics:lead the students to think about the scene to create a single; lack of stimulate students to explore teaching resources; interactive question, students thinking of imprisonment; single job feedback form hindering divergent thinking; information technology to assist the teaching of thinking by insufficient, resulting in maths class still in the traditional knowledge of indoctrination, lack of training students’ thinking ability and the classroom efficiency is low.Based on this situation, this study through to Yinchuan x elementary school sixth grade in the experimental class and the control class math classroom observations, interviews and questionnaires, to understand the current sixth grade mathematics in aided by information technology to the status quo of teaching thinking according to the theory of Piaget’s cognitive development, Sternberg triarchic theory of intelligence and Richard Meyer E. Mayer’s cognitive theory of multimedia learning, thinking teaching theory as a guide, with the integration of information technology and mathematics teaching for the purpose of combined with the characteristics of qualitative and sixth grade students of mathematics, to determine the elementary school mathematics sixth grade thinking teaching objectives; chose fully display diversity principle of knowledge representation, and reflected on the student’s main body principle, and reflected on the teaching principle of elicitation, focus on the importance of teaching process principle, reasonably reflect the information tool for the optimization principle of five principles; set up the creation of problem scenarios, independent exploration, cooperative learning between teachers and students, teachers present exploration process, students to reflect on the teaching process of mathematics thinking and practice; presents diverse information tools and techniques strengthen visual display, create a rich and colorful learning scenarios, rich teaching resources, showcases, and independent exploration design to promote the students to explore, enrich the learning process of interaction forms, improving the participation of students, using multimedia to strengthen teacher shows fan to explore the process of diversification, enhance students’ homework feedback form six specific method diversification,and the practice, to explore the rationality and feasibility of the model, show information technology aided primary school mathematics thinking teaching model for advantage, for future elementary mathematics teachers use information technology to assist the teaching of thinking provides theoretical basis and experience for reference.
