Information technology change the traditional teaching methods through provide supporting tools, in which only rely on the blackboard, chalk, teacher's daunted by hit students. The changing means for teachers to inject new vitality, also provides a new study way, from simply "accept type" to "exploratory", "discovery method", students become the classroom main body, from "want me to learn" to "I want to learn" transformation.With the reform of basic educational curriculum, the information technology teaching, from two aspects of design and classroom teaching, profound effect on the classroom teaching of elementary school, but at the same time they also create many problems.That thesis research object is the primary school (namely 1 ~ 6 grade) teachers, using literature, observation, questionnaire investigation, mainly investigate teachers status and difficulties about using information technology and puts forward some suggestion for improvement.Through the study found:(1) Teachers identity information technology used in teaching, and master basically technology, but nearly 45.7 percent of teachers on how to put into effect is not clear, cannot find integration point.(2) 80 percent of teachers use information technology to design teaching and teaching activities, but, who is not clear to his own design, and Focus on teaching efficiency more than the development of students.(3) Teachers could basically used computer ordinary operation and show-how courseware, but more than half of teachers can't mastered the teaching technology about slightly operating courseware and skillfully properly applied.(4) Teachers weak in scientific research ability of independent informatization teaching.In order to promote elementary school teacher better use the information technology to optimize the teaching, this paper put forward the following six suggestions:(1) In the curriculum standard should have system and specific guidance of all levels about the using of information technology resources.(2) There should write relevant tutorial and materials for guiding teachers how to utilize information technology, but must be specific to each unit, even chapters, and detailed instructions on how to use best effect, best can have some excellent class integration for reference, and indicate the specific site of the relevant chapters in the teachers' reference with the corresponding section, with convenient teacher timely quickly find and learning.(3) Developing resources matching each book textbooks of elementary school, including good teaching electronic materials, matching exercises, etc.(4) Updating and improving hardware equipment of school. There should introduce suitable software for teachers and students, and provide the instructional training to teachers.(5)School or learn interval can imitate national multimedia education software, and encourage teachers actively participate in. promoting learn between teachers, expecting the overall level of progress.(6) Pay attention to the application of information technology in evaluation system application and information technology will be as a reference of the teacher evaluation.
