With the rapid development of information technology, it is more and more penetrating into every area of people’s life and work. It also sets off a wave of reform in the field of education. Information technology used in teaching realized the maximum effects and become the focus of attention.The application that information technology is used in math teaching has a lot of problems. Such as the teachers use information technology in math teaching improperly; neglect the students’subject status and how to enhance the effects of the integration of information technology and math teaching. The author puts forward on the application research that information technology is used in math teaching in primary school.The author consults a large number of literatures and makes systematically research about the related theory. And the author proposes the teaching design of the application that information technology is used in math course in primary school. Then the research is carried out in Hongzhuanxilu primary school of Chengdu city. Class2Grade6is the experimental class and class4Grade6is the comparing class. The author makes nearly one year’s action research theoretically and practically. The experiment is done. The student’s information technology level and the ability of learning have promoted a lot.The paper covers5chapters as below: Chapter1, the author first introduces the research backgrounds, research status, research value, research necessity and feasibility, research goal and content, research difficulty and research methods.Chapter2, the author introduces the related theory research. The author analyzes the integration status, the connotation and extension of integration of information and math.Chapter3, the author puts forward the design of the integration of information and math, including the integration principle, course selection, teaching objectives, teaching arrangement and teaching evaluation.Chapter4, the author proposes the practical application of the integration of information technology and math course. It mainly contains the case analyses and the analyses of the questionnaire and the experiment results.Chapter5, the author makes the summary and the outlook.
