As an important factor in the design of Informatization teaching,evaluation plays a very important role in the whole process of teaching design.On the basis of relevant literature and practice survey, the author found that the there are not many theory of systematic informatization evaluation of instructional design theory, and in practice, there are all sorts of problems, and need the guidance of related theory. Based on this, I choose the design of informationization teaching evaluation study of the subject.Through a lot of research found that in the high school stage of informationized instructional design evaluation theory and the concrete implementation is currently part in Yinchuan City middle school teachers is relatively weak,because many teachers there is no systematic study and participated in the training in the teaching design.Therefore,this part of the concept is fuzzy. Based on this,this study in the literature based on,the information-based teaching design and evaluation of the connotation and theoretical basis of were in-depth analysis,sorting out the four research dimensions,evaluation,evaluation content,evaluation tools,the standard price,and according to the dimensions of the preparation of the outline of interview,investigation of the middle school teachers of Yinchuan City in Problems existing in the evaluation of instructional design process and to do reason analysis,proposed to improve the evaluation ability in Yinchuan City middle school teacher informationization teaching design.This study draws the following conclusions: first,Yinchuan City middle school teachers in Information Instructional Design and evaluation ability does exist in the deficiency and weakness.this paper also the existing problems were reflected,shortage of teachers’ personal and professional knowledge.teachers’ emotion and attitude; second,to all sorts of problems existing in Teachers’ instructional design,this paper the were classified,discovered the existence of the cause of the problem can be classified For the teacher’s theoretical knowledge,teachers’ teaching attitude and the school’s management of three reasons; third,for the existing problems,this article from the role of teachers and school administrators to put forward different proposals.
