Predecessors’ although there has been a research on "the new teacher", but the main is some advice for the work of the new teacher and basic workflow, not just the problem of induction for new teachers and the reasons for system analysis. Most of the "Classroom Control" studies focus on how teachers control classes and what are in need of to be controlled. The series of researches are not aiming at the new teachers, but actually, new teachers is a special group that we should pay more attention to. It is reported that most of the new teachers have the problems of being under too much pressures, lacking confidence and sense of competence, as well as some other difficulties they meet at the beginning of their teaching careers. The main cause is that the class can always be out of control. As a student of Master of Subject Teaching (ideological and political education), I pay much attention to this certain field due to the needs of my study. Therefore, I wrote this paper aiming at 4 teachers, both new teachers and professional teachers teaching politics in the same high school’s senior one, using the methods of both document analyzing and classroom observing to do a further comparison research in teachers’ classroom controlling.Firstly, I gave the definitions towards "New Teachers", "Professional Teachers" and "Classroom Control" after referring to many related published papers. Secondly, I made the classified comparison to both two groups in their preparation before class stage and teaching in class stage. The research illustrated that apparent differences exist in class leading-in, interaction between teachers and students, selective analysis and the teachers’ teaching skills. The professional teachers were better in classroom controlling than the news for the new teachers’ classrooms can always be a mess. Then my paper gave the attribution analysis towards those problems new teachers came across with that I mentioned at the beginning and found that it was caused by both environmental factors and the new teachers’ personal factors. At last, I gave some suggestions towards aspects of new teachers’ training mechanism, the new teacher’s own idea and the new teachers in schools, in order to bring up the effectiveness of classroom control by new teachers.
