Research On The Audience Force Of Ideological And Political Education Based On Communication

The audience force of ideological and political education is a complex of internal elements of audience’s psychological mechanism and ability mechanism based on the parallelogram law of forces. It’s a multidimensional force produced from multiple factors’interaction, and a vector with direction, size and relative independence in the dynamic process of ideological and political education. It is the unity of subjectivity and conditionality, stability and variability, otherness and gradation. In the spread of ideological and political education, the audience force decides not only the right, but also the extent to participate in causing effect, therefore, it is the key strength and core factor.Educational institutes are the main position for ideological and political education, while the ideological and political theory course is the major channel for it. Analyzing the influential factors of the audience’s force, defining its importance, investigating and trying to explore solutions to problems in our current theoretical education on ideological and political will be beneficial to provide reference and enlightenment for the self-reflection and optimization of overall ideological and political education.From the perspective of audience force, the following problems are commonly found in our theoretical education on ideological and political of schools nowadays:the education goals are not approved by the audience; education information can’t be understood properly and accepted by the audience; educators are not recognized by the audience. There are four main reasons as follows:vague and politicized goals lead to a reduced integrating degree with the audience force; the scientificity and preciseness of educational information encoding impact the final interpreting effect; contradiction between theoretical explanations and social existence expands the repulsion between audience force and ideological and political education; deviation between idea and reality spawns the antigravity between audience force and ideological and political education. Thus, in order to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, it’s necessary for us to take the following actions:to develop effective programs for surveying and evaluating the audience force to provide a basis for the ideological and political education; based on the subject of audience, to optimize the education goals, to improve the information and to produce innovative teaching methods of the ideological and political education, which can work as the "Trinity" to improve the unity of instrumental rationality and value rationality in the ideological and political education; to optimize the content and presentation form of the education information and strengthen its scientific matching with the audience force; to create a benign external environment, deepening the understanding of the environment’s educational function so as to provide a great combining ability for the ideological and political education; to implement quality education system, attaching importance to the construction of teaching staff, and to promote the organic unity of the idea and reality.
