In the modern society, the development of national material civilization and spiritual civilization is unbalanced. It results in serious social moral problems. The moral teaching is imperative. Chinese education is the important way to realize the moral education. It has the responsibility to teach the student moral education, such as ideals, beliefs, values. Language teaching material as an important media of teaching, it is not only to a certain extent reflects the social value of consciousness, but also the most important teaching tool to realize the goal of education. Language teaching material not only is an important medium of Chinese subject knowledge, but also the important carrier of realization of teaching function. In this paper, we will study language teaching material, to find its rich resources. We can display the teaching function of language teaching material fully, in order to promote students to form correct moral values; we Can also enrich teachers’ understanding of language teaching material system, to improve the teachers’ theoretical level and teaching quality, for the future Chinese teaching work provide certain guidance. In order to better achieve the teaching function of high school Chinese textbooks, the main content of this study are as follows:First, the summary of the high school language textbook. The definition of language teaching material and function of high school Chinese teaching of the existing research in recent years are summarized in this section. Then try to demonstrate the basic function of language teaching material is teaching function, from that the origin of the Chinese textbook teaching function and the relationship between the aesthetic education and the importance to, to prove the feasibility of this study.Second, the high school language compulsory teaching material analysis of the text. Materials can only be responsible for "teaching" of problem, and the teaching resources of digging the need of human. This section attempts to dig the resources which contained in the textbooks of teaching, with analysis the model system of compulsory textbooks for high schools. And we want to sum up the characteristics of teaching in the high school language compulsory teaching material resources as well as the deficiencies.Third, the high school language compulsory teaching material teaching function analysis of the teaching practice. This section in the form of questionnaires and classroom observation, to the present stage of moral development of high school,and to carry on the real and specific understanding of the senior high school language classroom teaching situation. And we will be based on the survey data collection and analysis, to find the deficiencies and defects existing which is existed in high school students’ moral development and the language classroom teaching. Then we will enumerate several effective ways for teaching high school language teaching material function, and through some typical teaching case in real teaching, targeted for the application of the teaching practice guidance.Fourth, the epilogue.
