But many studies show that foreign literary works in the teaching practice is not as good as works of Chinese literature in popular, which except by the examination oriented education, as well as the drawbacks of foreign literature in a strange influence, selected works of foreign literature teaching is also an important factor, so study of high school Chinese Textbooks of foreign literature works selected is is badly in need of a subject.In this paper, published by people’s education press and Jiangsu Phoenix Publishing Education in 2007 two sets of "ordinary high school curriculum standard experiment textbook language (Compulsory)" in the foreign literature works as the research object, try to through compare two sets of teaching materials of foreign literary works in the selection system, help reading system and practice system of the similarities and differences between the proposed suggestions about the selection of foreign literature works.This article is divided into three parts, the introduction, the body and the conclusion.
