Along with the information technology applicated in the teaching, network course has been accepted by more and more scholars that teachers and students interaction becomes rich and complex, many network learners in the learning process lack of sense of belonging and security sense. In order to solve these problems and in-depth analysis, this study from the COI model of cognitive presence, social telepresence and teaching telepresence three dimensions to explore the effectiveness of teaching interaction in the synchronous classroom environment has important theoretical and practical significance.First, through the review of the research status of interactive teaching in the domestic and foreign related synchronous classroom teaching environment, the analysis shows that current synchronous teaching and learning environment in classroom teaching activities lack of supervision and interaction of teachers, lack of emotional communication and collective consciousness between local students in different places, resulting in different classroom students lack a sense of real teaching, learning effect poor. Thus, from the perspective of Col’s cognitive presence, social presence, teaching presence in three dimensions of analysis of the necessity of teaching classroom instruction environment.Secondly, this study will be teaching interaction is classified as a teacher tell students listening, answer the teacher’s questions and student student communication and discussion and so on several aspects, based on COI from the perspective of the characteristics of interactive teaching, principles of instructional design and teaching theory of teaching case design, according to the teaching design in the "video synchronization and interaction" distributed learning classrooms, experimental studies are carried out.Finally, to the teachers and students interview and questionnaire and classroom teaching video recording data statistical analysis. It is concluded that the from the three dimensions from the perspective of COI to design synchronous classroom teaching laboratory of interactive teaching real and effective, can adapt to the doctorate or master’s degrees, bachelor degree, primary and different levels of students in class; improve two classroom of students in the classroom teaching in the sense of belonging and collective, to promote the collaboration between the two students learning; so as to obtain the effectiveness of interactive teaching under the environment of synchronous classroom teaching from the perspective of COI, but also for the realization of urban and rural outstanding teacher balanced allocation of resources to provide an effective way.
