The Optimization Of The College Aerobics Teaching Method Based On Student’s Learning Motivation

Learning motivation can stimulate and maintain individual learning activities, and towards certain objectives to achieve the anticipated needs of the learners" internal psychological state. Learning motivation is to promote students’ internal motivation of various learning activities and its internal driving force is larger as well as has longer maintain time. On the basis of these students’ motivation, on the fitness optimization of classroom teaching methods, not only can cultivate students’ classroom learning enthusiasm of the aerobics, better investment to classroom learning, but also improving teachers’ teaching efficiency in the classroom. This study proposed in the traditional aerobics teaching methods combined with network interactive platform for teaching of aerobics teaching methods to optimize to students to participate in aerobics course of study motivation of from, according to the content of the ARCS Motivation Design Model Design of network interactive platform, and stimulating the students’ participation in Aerobics learning interest and improve the teaching effect in the classroom. In order to verify the validity of design, after the design of the method for the optimization of the interactive platform on the Internet, I set a semester of experimental teaching and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the optimization method. After that 1 put forward corresponding improvement scheme for the follow-up research to provide the basis of theory and practice aiming at the problems.Based on the learning motivation, this study using literature data method, questionnaire survey method, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to analyze how to add network interactive platform into aerobics teaching. Research shows that:(1) Health, entertainment, competence and appearance motivation are the main motives in aerobics class learning of college students. After the optimization of aerobics teaching methods, applying network interactive platform in teach, this teaching method can increase students learning motivation scores especially in competence motivation dimensions who are in the experimental class. (2) Establishing the network interactive platform teaching in the traditional teaching of Aerobics, using video record for student at the end of the class make the students in the experimental class have better classroom performance compare with the control class. The difference is mainly reflected in the improvement of students’ participation in aerobics training and the sense of beauty. (3) The interactive platform of the network can guide the students to set up reasonable goals, feedback the classroom effect, improve students’ ability of learning aerobics and make students feel the success. All of these advantages have a significant impact on the students’ motivation of competence. (4) The large download number of sharing video in the interactive network platform QQ group by students and the frequency of communication between teacher and student are reflect that students have high attention on the optimization method, its also show that the method has inspired students’motivation and provide a reliable evidence for the research.This research puts forward the following suggestions on the teaching methods of the group network interactive platform based on the students’ learning motivation:(1) Because the limitation of experimental environment, experimental object and experimental time, the study did not have significant differences in other motivations except competence motivation. Researchers can through the increasing number of experiments, extending the experiment time to increase the accuracy of the experiment in the follow-up study. (2) In order to improve the teaching methods, according the research results, researchers can select the best video for student and improve the settlement of chat room then experiment again.
