This papermainly based on the teaching experiment to create an atmosphere of two kinds of motivation situation that is result motivation situation and grasp the motives atmosphere situation atmosphere.It uses psychology related measurement scale on college students’ aerobics class relationship between teachers and students and aerobics study interest changes to easy to aerobics class teaching and so as to develop the students’ aerobics learning interest to lay the foundation for a lifetime. In this paper by using the method of literature, observation, interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis method and questionnaire survey for teaching experiment object analysis research.The psychological educational world experts in research motivation direction with the spirit of perseverance and pursue innovation and practice. If you can through the aerobics class atmosphere situation teaching motivation to intervention and influence students’goal orientation as well as the relationship between teachers and students in aerobics teaching and learning interest Then we can through the aerobics class atmosphere situation teaching motivation to create different motivation atmosphere to improve students’motivation level, so as to improve the classroom teaching quality, and promote the coordinated development of student’s body and mind and improve the students’psychological. In the previous theoretical knowledge has had a deep theoretical research and experimental research. Many foreign specialists and scholars put motivation atmosphere situation is divided into master atmosphere situation and achievements atmosphere situation, and at the same time also put forward also need further verification test and research. Our country in the research of this aspect is ability consciousness, self-efficacy and sports achievements.The experimental study is to:through the aerobics class teaching experiment as a guide to build two different motivation atmosphere situation, to investigate students’ learning interest and aerobics aerobics teachers between the change of relationship between teachers and students for the future aerobics class teaching provides practical basis, so as to promote the healthy development of student’s body and mind.The results show that the different class teaching intervention method is to be able to create a different motivation atmosphere situation that results atmosphere of situational teaching model and master motivation of situational teaching model. Students in the class perceived different two motive atmosphere situation can to some extent improve student aerobics learning interests and the relationship between teachers and students. And master motivation atmosphere situation for students have better psychological effect. Different motivation atmosphere situation in students’goal orientation, relationship between teachers and students and aerobics learning interest, there is a significant correlation, grasps the atmosphere situation and their correlation is more significant. The relationship between teachers and students and students’ interest in learning calisthenics in different motivation atmosphere situation teaching are the significant correlation, but master the relevant situation teaching atmosphere more significant and more stable.
