Quality education emphasizes for all students, pay attention tothe development of all students to create favorable conditions, mining each student’sstrengths and potential. Every student is an independent entity, upon them whileembodies the common characteristics of development, but at the same time, there areindividual differences. So the composition of Aerobics class. Most of the studentscome from different aspects of the special, knowledge, ability and personalitycharacteristics have obvious differences. In view of the ability of aerobics classes ofstudents differences, psychological characteristics of heterogeneous problems such as,using the unified teaching mode, method and strategy, obviously difficult to greatlyenhance teaching quality and learning efficiency.On the basis of analyzing the related teaching experiments, the dynamichierarchical teaching method into the teaching of aerobics. The use of literature,expert interview, questionnaire, teaching experiment. Study on use of dynamichierarchical specialized course of Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and universitiesteaching method. Learn from the successful experience of predecessors about thelayered teaching with modern educational theory, as a guide, according to the actualconditions of the school teaching environment and students, construct the classroomteaching strategies. Measures and methods of dynamic hierarchical refinement, makedifferent layers teaching objectives, requirements and quality assessment (assessment)standard. In the process of the implementation of dynamic hierarchical teaching,achieve reasonable hierarchical, dynamic adjustment.
