PURPOUSE:Respectively in the morning (6:00-7:00) and afternoon (18:00-19:00) for 30s Wingate anaerobic power test. Studying the diurnal rhythm of female college students in the anaerobic capacity and blood lactate, creatine kinase to explore what time in the morning and afternoon of anaerobic exercise is more conducive to the health.METHOD:Select 10 healthy female college students (average age was 23 ± 2 years; the average weight was 54±6 kg; the average height was 162±3 cm) to do the same intensity exercise in the morning and afternoon respectively.The first test will be carried out at 6:00 in the morning, the second will be done at 18:00 a week later. Before exercise, participants will be measured about height, weight, heart rate and blood pressure, and the participants’ information of age, height, weight will be put into computer software which is connected with the power bicycle. To determine the load strength required (0.075kg/kg weight load Wingate test), the participants will prepare about 2-3 minutes, to increase the heart rate to 150-160 times/min, during this period, they are required to try to do 4-8s treadmill for 2-3times, after relaxing for 3-5 minutes, they should ride the bicycle while pressing the resistance device, meanwhile, they should resist the load and complete the 30s-all-out bicycle ride at the fastest speed.Then, we record the data of the maximum anaerobic power set, the average anaerobic power and anaerobic power declining rate. Participants’ blood samples will be collected and be inspected immediately before exercise, after exercise immediately and the 5min, 10min,15min,20min after exercise, detecting their creatine kinase (CK), blood lactate (LA) index and monitoring their blood pressure, heart rates (OMRON wrist sphygmomanometer) at the same time. At the 18:00pm after one week, the all participants come to the laboratory for the second experiments, the experimental intensity, time and process is as same as the first. Pair the related index for T text respectively about the morning and the afternoon. Analyze the data from the period during exercise, before exercise and the relaxing time through the variance method, using SPSS21.0 statistical software.RESULT:30s Wingate anaerobic power test shows that the mean anaerobic power (AP) (P= 0.008) significantly in the morning is lower than in the afternoon, and significantly different. However, maximal anaerobic power (PP) (P=0.161) and anaerobic power decreasing rate (DP) (P=0.987) though the morning are lower than those in the afternoon, but without statistical significance.Before exercise, blood lactic acid (LA) (P= 0.013), systolic blood pressure (SB) (P= 0.042) and diastolic blood pressure (DB) (P= 0.024) have significant differences between early morning and the afternoon, showing obvious date cycle. But before exercise HR does not have significant different between morning and afternoon (P=0.436).Wingate 30s anaerobic exercise led to a significant increase in the level of LA and the morning is significantly lower than that of the afternoon and the difference is significant (P= 0.011). During recovery period, La levels decreased gradually, but in the 5min, lOmin, the 15min,20min is still significantly higher than pre exercise levels (P< 0.05) and the 15min La is far different from morning and afternoon (P= 0.023).During the exercise.HR will Increased significantly in the morning and afternoon (P<0.01), And the morning was significantly higher than in the afternoon, the two have significant differences (P=0.006).During recovery period,in the 5min,10min,15min,20min HR still obviously higher than pre exercise levels (P< 0.05). There was a rapid increase in systolic blood pressure in the morning, but there was no significant difference between morning and afternoon.Diastolic blood pressure decreased rapidly in the afternoon, but the difference was not significant.In exercise recovery period afternoon diastolic blood pressure in the 5 min (P= 0.014),the 20min,the 25min (P= 0.026) compared with those before exercise has significant difference.In addition,the 15min morning systolic blood pressure(P=0.002) compared with those before the exercise also has significant difference.CONCLUSIN:1.A circadian rhythm produce great influence on of 30s Wingate test movement, showing that average anaerobic power caused by same intensity of anaerobic exercise is significantly greater in the afternoon than in the morning. Tips for female college students have better anaerobic exercise capacity in the afternoon than morning.2.Before exercise, during exercise and in sports recovery period, anaerobic exercise blood lactate is significantly lower in the morning than afternoon, indicating the ability of anaerobic metabolism is obviously better than those in the afternoon.3.30s instantly morning heart rate is significantly higher than that in the afternoon, illustrating the use of anaerobic exercise is lower in the morning. HR value after exercise about the 25min has a significant difference compared to pre exercise, indicating that after 30s Wingate experiment about the 25min,the heart rate has not yet returned to pre exercise level.
