With the popularity of mobile network and the rapid development of mobile equipment, mobile technology in education has become a new common scene. Classroom has become a technology-integrated environment. How to use mobile technology to build a digital learning environment and teaching with mobile technology is a hot topic in current study. Traditional teaching environment is lacking of collection and analysis of learner’s feedback data, most of the teaching content is based on the level of information presentation and knowledge transferring. It is a one-way output lacking of interactive design, it is difficult to rouse the interest of learners, and the effectiveness of teaching. How to cultivate and enhance students’ communication skills, solve the issues exist in the teaching process of traditional classroom, such as "lack of interaction" and "difficulty in feedback" have become the main factor in classroom environment. Paper discusses the concept and connotation of mobile technology to support interactive teaching and learning environment, integrating mobile technology and interactive teaching, analyzing interactive teaching environment, proposing certain mobile technology interaction strategies. Optimization of classroom teaching process through designing interactive teaching activities, and performing specific teaching activities based on interactive teaching environment supported by mobile technology.Firstly, the paper reviews the research status of interactive instruction and mobile technology, proposing a construction framework of interactive instruction environment supported by mobile technology. Secondly, paper discusses the theory of interactive instruction environment, environmental elements, design principles, environmental characteristics and advantages of mobile interactive teaching and learning environment. Thirdly, based on the interactive instruction environment, paper also classified the interactive mobile applications, and constructs interactive teaching and learning environment supported by mobile technology. The paper describes three typical interactive instruction environments:Interactive Demonstration Environment, Interactive Feedback Environment and Interactive Collaboration Environment. Lastly, all the constructed environment have been put into practice. Paper collects the teaching effect of interactive teaching environment supported by mobile technology through interviewing method.Research shows that through the appropriate interactive APP and the rational utilization of mobile technology, mobile devices and teaching resources to build an interactive teaching environment supported by mobile technology could promote the main character of teaching process transfers from teacher to student, which could enrich the type of classroom interaction, increase the frequency of interaction between teachers and students. The equipment and technologies have provided strong support for interactive teaching, which can actually promote the interaction between teachers and students, and also can improve teaching effectiveness and student learning efficiency, and extends the teachers and students’interactions after-school. Assuredly, mobile interactive design environment should be further improved, we need more time to improve the teaching effectiveness of interactive teaching environment through experimental study.
