With the continuous development of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in secondary vocational education, the teachers’ interpersonal association, which has developed beyond its original scope between teacher and student, colleague and leader, has extended to the contact between teacher and enterprise personnel that have characteristics of vocational education. The study of secondary vocational school teachers’ human communication in production-education integration is precisely a study on the contact between teacher and enterprise personnel that complied with the current situation, which has not attracted enough attention of the researchers.The communication between teacher and enterprise personnel exists in the teachers’ teaching practice, in order to promote the students’ all-round development and the teachers’ development, through direct or indirect behavior way to carry on the cognition, emotion,meaning and behavior communication practice with the enterprise personnel. Teachers’ communication with enterprise personnel at work and in life mainly in two ways at present,one is the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the other is the human relationship of Chinese society. It has important significance to establish a harmonious relationship between teacher and enterprise personnel for promoting the development of teachers’ profession, training high-quality talent and deepening cooperation between school and enterprise.Using the methods of questionnaire and interview to collect data, this study examines the current status of secondary vocational school teachers’ human communication from the respects of communication attitude and understanding, purposes and effect, objects, frequency,content, ways and factors. Through the questionnaire survey of 339 specialized course teachers of secondary vocational school in Guangdong Province and the in-depth interviews with 10 specialized course teachers who can represent others, the results shows that, the communication between teacher and enterprise personnel has remarkable characteristics of the relative importance in understanding, the practicality in purposes, the transactional content and the formalized patterns, and also find its existed problems: the sense of initiative is not strong, lack of deep emotional communication, lack of informal communication, lower frequency of communication and lack of communication platforms.Finally, based on these studies, this paper puts forward the principles of equality,moderation and reciprocity which construct harmonious relationship among teacher and enterprise personnel should be followed, and also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from aspects of the government, schools and the teachers binding some core ideas of the strength perspective theory, such as the empowerment, membership, the dialogue and cooperation.
