At present,as my country's economic and social development has entered a new stage,my country's emphasis on vocational education has continued to increase.In recent years,a series of vocational education-related policy documents have been promulgated,and the new "Chinese People's Republic of Vocational Education Law.Higher vocational education plays an important role in providing high-quality technical and skilled talents for regional economic development.The deepening of industryeducation integration and school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges is to promote and ensure the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era and provide local Economic development provides an important measure for talent protection.Therefore,deepening the integration of production and education is both imminent and the general trend.Through literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,this paper analyzes the current situation of industry-education integrated talent training in higher vocational colleges in H province,and summarizes the problems existing in the training of industry-education integrated talents in higher vocational colleges.Based on the theory of human capital,the theory of stakeholders and the triple helix theory,this paper aims at the dislocation of the teaching system,the lack of government support and guidance,and the low initiative of enterprises to participate in talent training in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of the integration of production and education.The potential causes are deeply excavated from the three main bodies of schools,government and enterprises.At the same time,it puts forward practical suggestions for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges to deepen the integration of production and education,and points out that in order to realize the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to give full play to the main role of colleges and universities with the support of the government to protect the interests of all parties concerned,and strengthen the construction of the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges,form an educational ecosystem with multi-party participation and positive interaction,so that we can ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
