| Fuzhou City is in the process of economic industry transformation and upgrading,it needs a large number of technical and skilled talents.Secondary vocational and technical education belongs to the category of vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.It provides accurate talents for the development of regional economy.The orientation determines that vocational schools must take school-enterprise cooperation and production-education integration.Deepening the integration of production and education has largely solved the contradiction between talent structure and social demands.However,in the process of practical development,there have been some problems such as weak cooperation between schools and enterprises,shallow integration between production and education.As a result,the graduates who have trained in secondary vocational schools are unable to adapt to the needs of the market.In this context,the writer uses the literature method and the survey method as well as the comparative analysis to analyze the present situation and problems of production-education integration between schools and enterprises in Fuzhou.It is concluded that there is a lack of relevant support systems for the integration of production and education in Fuzhou,and enterprises are less motivated to participate in the integration of production and education.It can also conclude that there are problems such as mismatch between supply and demand in vocational education and industrial development.In view of the existing problems,learning from the successful experience of foreign vocational education,the writer gives some systematic suggestions from the perspectives of government support system,enterprise demand side,and vocational school supply side.The author believes that to deepen the integration of production and education in Fuzhou,we should improve the support system for the integration of production and education,enhance the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the integration of production and education,and actively promote the structural reform of the supply side of secondary vocational education.This paper hopes to provide some meaningful reference for how to deepen the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation in Fuzhou Vocational Schools.Thus it can truly promote the process of secondary vocational education to train high-quality technical and skilled talents. |
