Teachers should emphasize that they can stimulate students’ interest in learning, and make students step forward gradually and develop excellent learning psychology, so that teachers can strengthen the subject status of students in the learning process continuously, so that there will be a good situation that Interests in learning promote learning results and students can improve the learning ability Constantly in learning process. Teachers’teaching process is Not just to teach knowledge,the most important thing is to teach students the way how to study, to make Students truly understand how to learn, to cultivate the students’ autonomous learning ability and cooperative learning ability Gradually. Teacher’s teaching ability is significant to the students individual development, and Promote the reform of the efficient classroom, so the study of Chinese teaching guidance is significant.This paper carries on the questionnaire survey about the present situation of Chinese teaching guidance in No.12 Middle School of Yanji where efficient classroom developed. We can find the achievements and the existing problems of No.12 Middle School in Yanji from this paper and explore ways to improve Chinese teachers’ability of teaching guidance.This paper mainly contains the following five parts. The first chapter is introduction and this part mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, the present situation of the research, the scope and methods of the research, and defines the main concepts. The second chapter mainly explains the theoretical basis of this paper and the requirements of the new curriculum standard. The third chapter is the investigation analysis of Chinese teaching guidance situation under the efficient classroom in No.12 Middle school of Yanji, The paper expounds mainly from two aspects of the school and the teacher, as for school, it introduces the present situation about teachers’teaching training, and as for teachers, it introduces the teachers’concept of teaching guidance and the ability of teachers teaching guidance, and teachers’present situation in "Sanjiu" and "SiXue". The fourth chapter is on the basis of the third chapter, and analysis the achievements and problems existed in Chinese teaching guidance of No.12 Middle school, under the background of the efficient classroom. Effectiveness mainly reflected in the implementation of the efficient classroom, guiding learning ability and learning ability of students. Problems mainly in the schools, teachers and students. The fifth chapter relate theory and practice, and puts forward the Suggestions for improving the situation about Chinese teaching guidance.We can get that there is a long way to go to implement the efficient classroom guidance from the survey research of this paper,school and teachers are major factors to improving the situation about Chinese teaching guidance. school should increase teacher training and providing more platforms to communicate, teachers should strive to improve their cultural quality and teaching level, and make efficient classroom truly achieve high efficiency.
