Writing has been the issue in language teaching, although experts and scholars have been studying it since the new curriculum reform. They try to find a methods to change the problem that writing is difficult. But the middle school writing teaching is still in trouble because excess and old teaching ideas limit the process.Argumentative writing teaching is an important part in middle school, it is very significance for developing their ability such as innovative, speculative, thinking skills. Although teachers have been working and trying various methods, they still does not solve the "writing hard" and "argumentative writing harder".Yanji City is the capital of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, it is Chinese Korean settlements, located in the eastern of Jilin province, be bound by North Korea, Russia and South Korean. Yanji City is the Ynbian’s center of political, economic and cultural. According the statistics in2009, The population of Yanji city is about500,000, which accounts for about58percent of Chinese Korean. Now there are27teachers and2311students in five Han middle school senior grade. So it is important object for researching argumentative writing of Yanji City Han middle school senior grade.We found that there are some problems such as the argumentative writing teaching does not emphasize, teaching content is relatively old, training is traditional, evaluation is sigle through questionnaires, interviews for teachers. All affect the level of teaching and the students’ interest. The analysis of these issues is the focus in my article.At the same time,exploring the reasons for the existence of the problem:argumentative writing is naglected by students and teachers under examination-oriented education concept that emphasize narrative writing teaching,argumentative style of its own characteristics, structural factors of selected text, training is traditional, evaluation is sigle. All of these is so affect considerably argumentative writing teaching that students afraid of argumentative writing.The paper intends to make recommendations from textbooks, teachers and students. In aspect of teaching materials, adjust structure of selected text, increase hot topics, rich writing material.In aspect of teacher, change the knowledge of argumentative writing teaching, creative writing launching stimulate student interest in writing, guide students to read widely rich content writs, innovate ways and means of teaching, construct new training methods, implement multi-argumentative evaluation. In aspect of student, consciously develop interest in argumentative writing, strengthen the training of argumentative writing, reinforce basic skills of argumentative writing, expand the amount of extracurricular reading good works.I hope to provide a reference for raising argumentative writing in Yanji City Han middle school senior grade through the implementation of the above recommendations.
