Employment Oriented Mechanic Colleges Training Mode Research

With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, attaches great importance to higher education in China at the same time, also fully aware of the importance of skills talents for economic development, but because our country skill talents training is still in the immature stage, can not meet the needs of the development of society, economy, science and technology at the present stage in China, compared with western developed countries the gap is more obvious, so we must re-examine our skill talents training mode, explore suitable for China’s national conditions and meet the demand of enterprise and society of skilled talents training mode, so, in this paper, by comparing and summarizing the domestic and foreign representative in mechanic school talent training mode of several types, analyzes the present situation of our mechanic education personnel training mode and the existing problems, and in zhenjiang technician institute, for example, put forward countermeasures for the specific implementation of innovative personnel training mode, and tries to explore a can absorb foreign mechanic college talent training experience, and skills to adapt to China’s basic national conditions of maneuverability path of talent training, so as to improve the employment quality of the mechanic colleges and universities. This article attempts from the following four parts to carry on the detailed in this paper.The first part:the analysis of mechanic school talent training mode to study and put forward the background and significance, clear the theory of talent training, the mechanic colleges at the same time, to \"the mechanic colleges and universities\",\"personnel training model\" and other relevant concepts are analyzed and defined.The second part:the analysis of the present condition of the mechanic colleges and universities personnel training mode in our country and existing problem, through specific problems that exist in the zhenjiang technician college students employment and the reason analysis, establishment of cultivating new model for the mechanic colleges and universities in our country the implementation of countermeasures.The third part:from the analysis of several main modes of foreign skills training, overseas trend of mechanic college personnel training mode reform and experience for reference.The fourth part:combining skill training status quo at home and abroad, put forward the feasibility of the construction of the skilled personnel training mode strategy, namely, perfecting the policy system, actively carry out employment oriented skills training mode, optimization of university-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning personnel training mode, enhance teachers, optimizing the solid professional and curriculum, and establish and improve the student assessment and incentive mechanism.
