With the high development of information technology, the computer has coming intothousands of households and becomes the indispensable tools in daily works. This giveshigher challenges to computer professionals especially for students in higher vocationalcolleges. Computer software industry is booming and needs a lot of computer professionals.Hence the higher vocational students that lay emphasis on application are popular withenterprises. But enterprises find that the professional knowledge that students learn invocational colleges can not meet the needs of them. For example, the students’ operationalabilities are not strong. Some of them have lower professional qualities and lack of dedication.This paper does the research aiming at these issues, trys to improve the frame of personneltraining mode for higher vocational computer specialty and gives the specific plans forimplementation.The overall solution is proposed based on an in-depth study of the theory and practice ofthe personnel training mode. The paper does intensive research on the personnel trainingmode of higher vocational computer specialty, sums up the advantages and disadvantages ofthese modes by comparison and analysis. And then it designs a new framework which isability orientation and takes employment as orientation to complete school-enterprisecooperations. When using this new mode to train students, we find that this model is helpfulto improve the students’ professional qualities and employment rate. We train studnets basedon the theory and teaching experience of the existing training mode. Finally, we takeNortheast Petroleum University at Qinhuangdao branch as an individual case to do theanalysis. We analyze the effect of talent training in recent years using the combination of thequestionnaire survey and interviews. The results show that the personel training modeproposed in this paper can help to improve the comprehensive qualities of students. Theeffectivity and feasibility of this mode are also testified. In order to give comprehensiveevaluations of students, an evaluation method based on T-S model is also proposed in thepaper. The model can assess students in a more reasonable and scientific way.
