Personnel Training Mode For Colleges Innovative Research

In recent years, with China’s economic and social development, personnel quality requirements increasing.《National long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)》is clearly of higher education need innovative training model. In this situation, the various colleges and universities are studying innovative training model.Hubei Province also raised the "Science and Education Province", the strategic plan.On this basis, Hubei university explore and experiment "chucai model". Our school plans to explore and practice,"Chu model" actively to improve the innovation and personnel training capacity, train a group of top creative talents of potential outstanding graduates. In2012, the first Chucai undergraduates was about to graduate. The effect of Chucai mode was of urgent inspection.So,I did a satisfaction survey through the following three aspects:to summarize the relevant literature research; interviews with some teachers and analysis the first graduates of state; did a survey with08Chucai’students about the satisfaction with the seven innovative features:general education, mentoring, primary school of practical ability training, cultural exchanges with foreign schools, the overall quality exercise and personalized training, and these characteristics of scientific nature, timeliness, long-term analysis, advance training model innovation should:establish innovation and quality education, open educational philosophy; to establish a good innovation, strong practice high-level teachers in talent; practice teaching top-level design and the organic integration of the theoretical teaching; individualized, efforts to promote personalized personnel training; students’interest-oriented, promoting the innovation; based on the province to form a training mode good for province and school;depth analysis of student diversity, and attempted to classify the training.
