A Study On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Campus Football Teachers Training In Guangxi

The state calls for the development of campus football activities,in order to improve the physical fitness of students,improve the football population through the development of campus football,but also to find the shape of football enthusiasts.However,in the development of campus football activities,a serious lack of football teachers.In order to carry out the campus football activities,the general office of the Ministry of education,strengthen the campus football teachers,asked the provinces to strengthen the campus football training of teachers to ensure the quality of teachers,the campus football school football teachers,to ensure security,the campus football activities carried out smoothly.However,there are still various problems in training.In this paper,by using the method of questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation,combined with interviews,literature,mathematical statistics,on the topic of "campus football training of teachers in primary and secondary schools in Guangxi current situation and development countermeasure research",the research mainly carries on the analysis from the following five aspects:1.Training objectives;2.Training objectives;3.training courses;4.ways and means of training;5.training certificate issued.The study concluded:1.The Guangxi school football training is training under the guidance of the national campus football training program the training target,but can not refine the goal of training according to the training needs of the object,set the stage goal,target level,the campus football training teachers sustainable development effectively.At the same time,there is also a lack of curriculum objectives,which can not clarify the relationship between the overall objectives of training and the stage goals of training courses.2.Trainees learning goals,learning objectives,learning motivation and good,but the football foundation uneven;the age structure is reasonable;education is mainly to undergraduate,college,professional title structure mainly consists of primary and intermediate training;object male teachers and sports teachers as the main minority,female teachers and non professional sports teachers obtain supplement;the chance for training is the source of school leadership arrangement and city,county,District Education Bureau arrangement,teachers participate in the campus football activities repeated teacher training proportion;engaged in football teaching activities of teachers and have been carrying out the campus football training and competition activities accounted for most of the school;training object to training time arrangements in the course of work and summer vacation.3.The content of the training course is not enough,the innovation is not enough,the proportion of training courses and training time is not reasonable;the content of the training course is divorced from the actual situation.In the process of the implementation of training,training orientation,content of the curriculum in the implementation of training their own,training process is not a.4.At present,the training mode of the campus football teacher training is based on the short-term centralized training,and the training form is mainly based on the teaching class.Traditional training methods,single form,the limitations.The training means of theoretical teaching,technical and tactical practice learning based teaching and studying mainly lack of rich,lack of creativity in multimedia courseware lectures,training in the training process caused by the object of learning in learning enthusiasm is not high.5.At present,the training methods of campus football teachers are mainly based on attendance and training.The training method is too simple,the lack of quantitative assessment system,the lack of rigorous training certificate issued.Aiming at the above problems,the countermeasures are put forward:1 Training principles to be followed in the training of football teachers:(1)Training must adhere to the principle of people-oriented.(2)Training shall adhere to the principle of proceeding from reality.(3)Training shall adhere to the principle of development.(4)Training should be based on the principle of imparting knowledge.2 Develop a reasonable training program for football teachers:(1)Set up scientific training objectives according to the needs of training objects.(2)According to the training object football basis for reasonable selection and placement.(3)The training object as the center,set up targeted,hierarchical training courses.(4)Combination of various training methods,flexible use of training methods.(5)To formulate a reasonable assessment method and establish a scientific and rigorous grade certificate system.
